Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery across India typically takes 3–5 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 7 days.
Tracking updates can take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch. If there’s been no update for more than 48 hours, reach out to us at hello@manrituals.com with your order ID and we’ll investigate immediately.
The courier will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. You can also contact the courier directly using the AWB number shown in your tracking details to reschedule or redirect the shipment.
Once an order is dispatched, address changes are not guaranteed. Contact us at hello@manrituals.com within 12 hours of placing the order and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Check with neighbours or your building’s reception first. If still not found, email us at hello@manrituals.com within 48 hours of the delivery status update with your order ID and we’ll raise a courier investigation on priority.
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across India. Please keep exact change ready if possible. COD orders follow the same 1–2 day dispatch timeline.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused, unburnt items. Email hello@manrituals.com with your order ID and reason. We do not accept returns on burnt or used candles.
