Shipping FAQs
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Sat). Delivery across India typically takes 3–5 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 7 days.
My tracking isn’t updating — what should I do?
Tracking updates can take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch. If there’s been no update for more than 48 hours, reach out to us at hello@manrituals.com with your order ID and we’ll investigate immediately.
What if I’m not home during delivery?
The courier will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. You can also contact the courier directly using the AWB number shown in your tracking details to reschedule or redirect the shipment.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once an order is dispatched, address changes are not guaranteed. Contact us at hello@manrituals.com within 12 hours of placing the order and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
My order shows delivered but I haven’t received it.
Check with neighbours or your building’s reception first. If still not found, email us at hello@manrituals.com within 48 hours of the delivery status update with your order ID and we’ll raise a courier investigation on priority.
Is COD available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across India. Please keep exact change ready if possible. COD orders follow the same dispatch timeline.
How do I return or exchange an order?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused, unopened diffusers. Email hello@manrituals.com with your order ID and reason. We do not accept returns on opened or used diffusers.
