Returns & Refunds

At Manrituals, we stand by the quality of our solid perfumes. Because our products are personal care items, we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.
1. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered. We encourage you to review scent profiles carefully before purchasing.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your ritual is interrupted by an error on our part, we will make it right. You are eligible for a free replacement if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- Items are missing from your order.
Requirement: Please report any issues to hello@manrituals.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged/incorrect item.
3. Cancellations
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to our courier. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- After Shipping: Once an order is “Shipped” or “In Transit,” it cannot be cancelled.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used during checkout.
