1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can monitor your shipment’s journey directly through our carrier’s portal.
4. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@manrituals.com with photos of the packaging.
- Missing Items: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please reach out to us within 48 hours.
